Review of Miller's Crossing (1990) by David D — 24 Apr 2015
Combining story elements from Hammett's masterpieces The Red Harvest and The Glass Key, the Coen brothers created one of the best gangster movies of recent years. I find most gangster movies boring but this one is among the few exceptions.
A fine story, fine acting, superb direction, and exce3llent cinematography.
