Every time I watch this movie I am left at awe at how fluid the storylines in this movie move along. If taken at face value the story is pretty simple... however the imagery tells a far more moving story, one that I think stretches beyond one human being and their pursuit for love to all humanity and our endless pursuit for a purpose, for peace, for immortality, for the metaphysical eden.
This is one of those movies that is both beautifully crafted (the animation is FLAWLESS) and really makes you think-- think about the most important things.
