Beautifully animated, with leaping from one to another mise-en-scene narrative structure. An anime created for those who love to watch romance with a deep passion in cinema, considering the number of references of another movies either from Japanese or worldwide (Casablanca, Titanic, 2001, Gojira, and many more).
And if you're a fan of David Lynch, then you'll be guaranteed to love this one as well, as the storytelling style is mishmased from one point to another dream-like sequences. The ending is heartbreaking, though =(.
