This is easily one of the best films I have ever seen; it's sad, it's funny and it's heart-warming, following the story of a man who isn't afriad to fight for what he stands for, in a time when individuality isn't accepted.
Featuring a phenomenally good performance by Sean Penn, Milk is a fantastic film that does everything it does well and the ending helps the film considerably as it suddenly changes the way the last 2 hours have just played out, altering your opinion on the fiilm altogether.
