One of Woody Allen's modest comedic triumphs is Mira Sorvino's shining moment. Sorvino of course took home the best supporting actress oscar for delightful portrayal of a ditzy call girl with a big heart and an empty head. The script is good, but not Allen great. Overall, this would be an average Allen comedy if not for Sorvino. Worth a look if only for her performance. Bonham-Carter and Peter Weller are almost afterthoughts in this one.
