Review of Midsommar (2019) by Daniel_Endure — 03 Jul 2019
Midsommar is absolutely nauseating from the start of act two onward. There's no reason to care for anyone in the film, nor does it go anywhere interesting. It's eerie, loud, stagnant, and dare I say, a complete misfire on behalf of my favorite company in the film business - A24.
The scariest part of this film is that there's those who are crazy enough to recommend it to others... Standards out of whack, I suppose...
