This movie is like a combination of an episode of "Are You Afraid of the Dark" (the one with Dracula), a host of other supernatural ghost movies where the premise is fear, and the end of The Ring II with the edition of being a "b-movie".
The acting is awful, the plot gets thin, and the characters are not that sympathetic. On the plus side there are some creative kills and the killer is one of the better designed slashers in a long time (minus the times he talks).
An entertaining although not overally satisfying watch.
