Midnight Cowboy (1969).

R, 1 hr. 53 min.
Release Date: May 25, 1969.
Review : A strong powerful (themes) to see, let alone understand to any depth, portrayal of nature of humans, all too competing against typecasting their 'the human subjects' as a whole. Imagine 60`s goin on 70`s free love and all that, for unsatisfied guy, in his prime of life.
In the country, they call it 'move along we don't like drifters' but in the city, well apart from 'step right up' their set of event`s can quite easily lead up to or get close to debauchery bringing whomever for whatever reason along with it. The saying 'take care in the big city' should probably be more like 'take care OF the big city'.
Synopsis: A good guy film about a man already wants more out of life so hits the road to New York singing and whistle`n dixie all the way from Texas. Being a hulking great Texan with good looks thinks he can land an exquisite milf unaware of high maintenance and reputation or rather the place put for men like him to follow. Is a genuine enough fellow and finds friendship in the unlikeliest places but plods on jovial enough standing up for what he believes in. Any more and i`d be asking John Malkovich for tips on how to describe His way with Her, but instead i`ll let you decide if in agreement as a classic great film with me.
