Review of Midnight Cowboy (1969) by Robert B — 18 Apr 2010

Don't like Jon Voight but I did like him in this movie. His performance and Hoffman's were great. They seem to have a natural chemistry and you really felt for both of them in this movie. They both played some great characters who really needed each other in order to survive the tough world and get that ultimate dream they shared.

Great acting, interesting relationship, good directing, and a solid soundtrack make this movie seem a little lighthearted which is refreshing given the setting. Def recommend this one.
