Review of mid90s (2018) by Steve H — 25 Oct 2018
While lacking a firm narrative this exploration into the coming of age within an untraditional family was extremely authentic to the time period in dress, settings and language. The interplay between all the young actors was responsible for making this film as captivating as it was, as well as a solid first outing for Hill. Debated between a 3.5* and a 4* and this prob falls in the 3.75* range for me.
