Review of Mickey's Christmas Carol (1983) by Tristan P — 02 Dec 2010
While not the most comprehensive telling of the classic Dickens Tale, this short but sweet version is a lot of fun. Casting Uncle Scrooge as Ebenezer Scrooge is a natural and Alan Young does a great job voicing him in such a way that he both stays true to the role yet makes him very comic as well.
The other classic characters are well cast as well including Goofy suprisingly cast as a bumbling version of the Ghost of Jacob Marley. All in all, classic Disney fun from beggining to end.
