Review of Michael Clayton (2007) by Normf. — 22 Oct 2007
This movie is a slow burn..the characters are understated and lifelike- -not over the top, like so much Hollywood shlock. I agree with those who say it is not "revealing" or exciting in a traditional sense, but it has an inherently interesting premise, and you still want to know how it will play out, even when you are fairly sure what will play out.
This is due to good acting and direction.
