Review of Metropia (2009) by Tom C — 08 Aug 2010
Sought this one out after reading some glowing reviews (including one in TIME). Visually it's certainly one of the most immediately arresting films you could hope to come across. But the pacing is uneven, and the plot doesn't have the legs to fill even it's slight 86 minute run-time.
Still, Metropia is worth a look for it's amazing style and frightening vision of a potentially not-to-distant future.
