Review of Metallica: Some Kind of Monster (2004) by Mitch S — 11 Jun 2007
Having watched this I have new appreciation for Metallica and a whole lot of respect for their abilities as musicians. Part of the interest in this film is that it's a film about their therapy sessions, warts and all, and the conflict that comes from them.
Part of the fascination that comes from this film is that these guys are just really good at making music. If you like music, this is recommended viewing (and it doesn't matter if you like metal or not).
