Loved Metallica for years and it shows very honestly a band coming within inches of completely exploding. They were all very honest and it gave a good insight into group dynamics as well as how they all have there faults (Lars - EGO!!!, James - Alcaholic, Kirk - Pussy Whipped and Jason - the guy who had enough) I laughed at the fact they were so reliant on the shrink and how he thought he was part of the band.
