This is a movie that appeals more to the fans. As for the film itself, I think it was well made. It shows the band at their most honest and personal. They were definitely on the verge of calling it quits because they were really getting nowhere on getting any work done.
They also have no problems in getting into each others throats when they are not happy with one another. This was Metallica a few years before becoming Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductees.
