An absolute must see if you listen to metal, have ever listened to metal, or ever heard of Heavy Metal. It gets very in depth with the different sub genres, and a very good mini documentary on the DVD of Black Metal bands of Norway and the church burnings of the mid nineties.
Awesome soundtrack too.
