Review of Metal: A Headbanger's Journey (2005) by Landry A — 27 Jul 2007
I thought this was going to suck horribly and just be some crappy documentary by a meta head, but it was actually very well done. Also, the people they interview wheich you see on crappy VH1 shows and stuff which are normally annoying, offer some insightful reasonings behind metal and it's style and such.
The fact that they delve deep into who the first metal band was, who metal heads are, what they stand for, and other big things really make it an interesting thing to watch. I actually kind of like it.
