Review of Metal: A Headbanger's Journey (2005) by Kyler D — 14 May 2011

This is, without any doubt in my mind, the best documentary ever made. Showing the history of heavy metal music from it's musical roots to the culture to even some history on the controversy of heavy metal and why it's been consistently stereotyped, dismissed, and condemned.

This is a film which should open the eyes of people who don't like metal and show them why metalheads are all normal people who have a passion for their music.
