Review of Mesrine: Public Enemy #1 (2008) by Jason J — 07 Oct 2009

Part 2 brings the story up to the Mesrines end, which we had a glimpse of in the first scene of Part 1. We really start to see Mesrine for what he really is. It shows how Mesrine starts to believe his own hype and gets agitated when he is not the main story headline in the newspapers.

He seemed to love the celebrity status! I started to dislike his character more and more throughout this film but was still fascinated by his life and what would happen next. I was captivated until the very end.
