Review of Memphis Belle (1990) by Jerome M — 08 Apr 2008
A tribute to the B-17 "Memphis Belle" and its crew. Not sure how accurate the plot is, but the action is riveting and helps to portray the dangerous life of bomber missions over WWII Germany.
I was fortunate enough to meet Capt. Robert Morgan before he passed away. What an awesome individual who served his country well. The aircraft used in the movie can be seen at airshows across the country and the original is being restored for displayed at the Nat'l Museum of the USAF.
