A wonderful Korean movie whose plot takes place in the '80s and highlights the frustration of a police department's inability to capture a serial rapist/killer. DNA evidence is beginning to come into play in other parts of the world, but in a rural town in Korea wits, brutal force, and intuition are still needed to solve crimes.
