Had a sneak preview. Beautiful and mesmerising movie. Any doubt about casting the three Chinese lead actresses in their roles as beautiful geisha is totally dispelled by their powerful performances, notably Li Gong.
No wonder she has long been regarded as the darling of international arthouse.
