I always find movies about different cultures interesting. The movie almost felt like a documentary because I knew NOTHING about geishas before this movie. I did enjoy it though. The movie did kinda drag by the end, but there was a lot of plot to cover.
The lead actress (both young and old versions) did very well. This movie will probably go over better with the female population, but males can enjoy it too (i did). Just sit back and enjoy the beautiful costumes and sets.
