This 1980 buddy/loser/biopic follows what happens after down-and-outer Melvin Dummar picks up a bum-ish Howard Hughes off the side of a desert road. Due to the era this film was made in, there are a heap of imperfections (not to mention profanity and nudity), but also an interesting real-life story that won the film a couple Oscars way back when.
