Review of Megan Is Missing (2011) by Adam E — 07 May 2011
The second half of Megan Is Missing shook me up in a way few movies can. It feels a bit hammy in the early scenes; the exception being newcomer Amber Perkins. However, once we cut to the core of the story, it's impossible not to unsee the imagery that follows.
Michael Goi deserves credit for approaching a grim topic without feeling exploitive.
