Didn't have any interest in this at first, but after seeing a couple of trailers for it that peaked my interest, I decided to check it out. I was pleasantly surprised. Will Ferrell, the main reason why I wanted to avoid this film, actually does a pretty good job here.
He decided to do a pretty restrained performance here, which is far more likable than his usual batshit over-the-top sarcastic way of doing things. Anyway, this is a solid movie that I'd recommend checking out if you enjoyed Dreamworks' other animated hits like How to Train Your Dragon and Despicable Me.
