Hilarious in its awfulness. I think a circus elephant wrote the script. The editing is terrible, and I loved the cut shots of a lady pushing buttons with black nail polish back to Debbie Gibson's non-polished hands controlling the sub's steering stick.
So utterly bad. However, the ridiculous scene with the shark leaping out of the water and chomping on the plane is worth it. If you're in the mood for some excellent B-movie laughs, check this one out.
It makes me miss MSTK 3000.
