Review of Meet the Robinsons (2007) by Andy P — 14 Aug 2014
Decent enough Disney flick, nothing special. It resembles more so a Saturday morning cartoon than it does a Disney feature presentation (although let's be honest, most Disney animated films have been like this since 'The Emperor's New Groove'.
Thank god they have Pixar). The best thing about this movie is the villain, and I know this is the case for a lot of Disney villains, they do make great villains, but seriously like 90% of why this movie gets a passing mark is because of this villain, and to be honest he's by no means one of Disney's best villains, he's just the best thing about this movie.
So, if you have the chance to check this one out, it's decent enough entertainment, very kid friendly with some funny jokes thrown in (and many that are unfunny) and of course, the villain. If you don't get to see it, it's no great loss.
Watch 'Aladdin' for the 50th time instead.
