Review of Meet Me in St. Louis (1944) by Ricardo O — 14 Oct 2010
A charming, lovely musical starring Judy Garland and Margaret O'Brien and directed by one of the masters of the genre Vincente Minnelli. While it doesn't have some of the best song numbers, the songs themselves are still good but the set pieces and the gorgeous cinematography, shot in Technicolor, are the true highlights.
A good, simple story too. Recommended for fans of musicals, especially classic musicals. 10/10.
