One of the great classics and yet I'd never heard of it. I've been bothered for a long time by how AFI and other pretentious hollywood organizations rate films. Some of the "Classics" really are great, but only the really boring ones seem to get promoted.
Citizen Kane is the best film of all time? I don't think so. Meet John Doe, now THIS is a Classic. In fact, just about anything by Capra is phenomenal. Hollywood, stop promoting the rubbish and start promoting stuff that people might actually like.
