Review of Medium Cool (1969) by Zack B — 17 Oct 2012
Haskell Wexler is truly one of the greatest cinematographers of all time. This is his first directed "fictional" movie, although it combined non-fictional material with fictional. The cinematography here is, not surprisingly, amazing.
The documentary style in which it was shot, and the quick cuts, make it a visceral and eclectic experience.
