Master director Martin Scorsese in one of his first films and his first gangster film is a masterpiece! Mean Streets is a great film. Harvey Keitel is great as Charlie but what really steals the show is Robert De Niro in one of his earliest roles as the rebellious, psychotic Johnny Boy who is in huge debt.
This film is great.
