Review of Mean Girls (2004) by Gill L — 07 Oct 2013
This movie may not even be a decade old but it's already a classic with this generation. You catch everyone celebrating "Mean Girls Day" in October and it's never uncommon to hear a quote from the movie in your daily life or on social media.
I think all 4 of the principle ladies did an excellent job as well as the parents and teachers in this film. It's also especially important to mention the hilarious performances given by Lizzy Caplan and Daniel Franzese.
Tina Fey is an absolute genius for putting a humorous spin on a very real issue of bullying among highschool girls. I think one of the greatest elements is the bringing together of some of SNL's most amazing alumni.
A movie I will never, ever get sick of watching!
