Review of Mean Girls (2004) by Matthew D — 15 Oct 2013
Mean Girls' script has that zing of humour that many teen comedies do not have. It's cast, predominately young females, do a fine job too. But Amanda Seyfried, cast with the kind of role that usually fails - the "dumb" girl - thanks to amateur teens who act too dumb - Ahem, Ariana Grande - but Seyfried performs perfectly, resulting in one of the best performances from a young performer, well ever.
