Review of Me, Myself & Irene (2000) by Michael A — 13 May 2012
I'm not a fan of the Farrelly brothers, as their work is always crude, derivative, and rarely funny. "Me, Myself & Irene" is yet another one of their sophomoric attempts. Now, while the film does have a handful of humorous scenes, itâ(TM)s essentially just two hours of the same stupid joke being told numerous times.
Plus, it's overlong, dumb, and, despite a strangely committed performance from Jim Carrey, completely unimpressive. That's about it.
