Review of Me and Orson Welles (2008) by Bret K — 06 Nov 2010
Very entertaining recreation of the 1937 production of Julius Caesar, the first show performed by the Mercury Theater. Christian McKay is absolutely uncanny as Welles. Great behind the scenes story follows a fictional character played by Zac Efron, who does a fine job as a talented but naive young actor cast in a small part in the play.
Well done in every way. Fascinating script. Excellent cast. Great sets. Fantastic soundtrack. Well worth seeing and plays well on home video. Hughly recommended.
