A pitch perfect performance from Christian Mckay showcasing the genius and esoteric demands of a young Orson Welles. It's the type of performance that carries a movie and takes over. It was still nice to see that Efron has undervalued dramatic acting chops, even though he's overtaken by the Disney Machine so often.
