Review of Me and Orson Welles (2008) by Shaun M — 05 Dec 2009
Although it may be conventional material for director Richard Linklater, he nevertheless weaves an extremely charming film that is most notable for its stunning, Oscar-worthy breakout performance from Christian McKay, who superbly embodies both the wit and the egomaniacal genius of Welles.
Zac Efron also proves he has more to offer than tween-pleasing musicals, and Claire Danes is lovely as usual.
