A mix of a uninspiring coming-of-age story (Richard played by Zac Efron) and an somewhat exciting portrayal of cinema's greatest (Orson Welles by Christian McKay). It's an all nostalgic, mostly pleasant to watch attempt to transform Zac Efron into a 'serious actor'.
