Zac Efron shines while performing at a level that those watching HSM couldn't have predicted. He makes me forget that he's Zac Efron which is a huge feat. Also, Christian McKay is a Gem although he makes you hate him one minute then love him the next.
I recommend this movie whole heartedly!
