Review of Me and Orson Welles (2008) by Kimberley F — 30 Jan 2011
I like movies about plays. This was no exception. I was never a Zac Efron fan, but this may be the film that changes my mind. The story revolves around Orson Wells' theater company in the 30's.
Efron's character lands himself a role in the stormy Orson's latest show, and he quickly takes to the thrill of a starving artist's life on Broadway. A little bit of romance and some historical drama - this film is a clever coming-of-age piece that pleasantly passes the time.
