Review of Me and Earl and the Dying Girl (2015) by Jacob G — 23 Aug 2015
Saw Me and Earl and the Dying Girl as part of the Odeon's Screen Unseen and it proved to be another successful addition to the series of films shown so far.
The film is story of Greg who is sent by his parents, played brilliantly by Nick Offerman and Connie Britton to visit Rachel, a class mate who has recently been diagnosed with leukemia. What proceeds is truly funny and moving tale of friendship and growing up.
The three main leads (Thomas Mann, Olivia Cooke and R.J. Cyler) are brilliant and I look forward to seeing more of their work in the future.
