Bad but interestingly bad. John Wayne (obvious toupee and all) tries his hand at a cynical Dirty Harry cop movie. Watching an aging Wayne give cocaine to prostitutes certainly deconstructs his legendary image in novel ways.
Still, Strurges directs fairly well even if the film is cynical and confused on many levels.
