Absolutely stunning movie in all respects. This is the movie that made me a Vilmos Zsigmond fan. The bad guys are bad; the chase scene-- good lord-- unnerving. Mrs. Miller can get beyond her dreams and escape. McCabe is a big fish in a small pond who is slow to see the shark that's just moved in. Supporting cast is Altman's traveling troupe at the time.
One of my favourite movies ever.
