Review of Maze Runner: The Death Cure (2018) by Thatonesir — 11 Feb 2018
Maze Runner the Death Cure is an impressive final for a franchise like this. I went to the theaters with no high expectations because it took so much long to be finished and I was beginning to think that maybe it might not be as good as I would wish to be but fortunately I was wrong.
It might disappoint you in some ways but in other it blows you away. The story is not as interesting as the first one but in general I think is very polished and leaves you with a sense that not everything has to be as we were expecting or wanted to be like, in fact they really gave to its fans a mind blowing final experience that turned to be greater than what I was expecting. It has some cons but overall if you're a fan of the series you'll love. If you're not, you should give it a try because it tells a good story, it's very strong and emotional, it's like if you had friends in danger living in an apocalyptic world without no hope and wanted to save them, but every action that is made has consequences and you would need to choose which path you want to take, that is what I love most about this franchise, it's such a great adventure and an unpredictable one (well, maybe sometimes).
