I think as a whole hallywood needs to stop trying to make movies based on video games. the sodomize every franchise a little more each time one comes out. max payne is one of the best story driven games that came out on the playstation 2 system.
and mark whalburg was just overall bland as max payne. milla kunis should not have been cast as I heard 3 people around me say thats jackie! this movie was bland to say the most. the video game provided the story and the fans expect nothing less.
stop straying sooooo far off that I question playing video games for fear that they will be raped and turn into a mindless pg-13 borefest. and pg-13 what? if the game is rated m (mature) make the movie r.
maybe the sight of alot of blood would have livened up the movie.
