Review of Max Manus: Man of War (2008) by Manne K — 05 Oct 2009
Max Manus: Man of War, what doe that conjure up? Perhaps some Sly Stallone style action? Certainly not the angst and drama we see here. Max Manus is more than just a war film, it's an example of what war does to man, and a classic case of PTSD, or Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.
The acting top notch, story without peer, action exceptional. This has the makings of a classic. And is at least a brilliant film.
