Review of Max Havelaar: or, The Coffee Auctions of the Dutch Trading Company (1976) by Zeinab M — 16 Dec 2009
An unique film, Max Havelaar known as the Dutch men Eduard Douwes Dekker. It describes the strength to reach an idealism. Although the performances were weak at some time, the main point was made clear.
I loved the beautiful stetting in Indonesia. It is interesting to watch it and then you understand what the moral of the faritrade products nowadays are.
