Let me preface this review with the fact that I love dogs and dog movies. That being said, this was a decent flick. As far as movies go the plot was a wee bit weak, the acting was meh, things are almost always predictable in these films so don't look for mind blowing twists. I found the villains comical, even though they were trying hard not to be.

Maybe because of how hard they were trying. With all that this movie hits the heart.

Strings where it wanted to. Although it was predictable, I still found myself pulling for Max. Overall, a good family movie for dog lovers.
